Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound as we play crystal sound bowls while using vocal toning and harmonizing. This creates a harmonious atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace. It has helped us so much in our own healing journeys that now we love to share it with others too!

During this Sound Bath, you will have the opportunity to lie down or sit comfortably on a yoga mat (provided) while the enchanting sounds wash over you, allowing your mind and body to unwind and reset. Feel the vibrations resonate within you, releasing tension and restoring balance.

This event is open to all who seek a moment of tranquility and a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Come join us at Full Circle Movement Studios and immerse yourself in the blissful sounds of our Sound Bath!
