I’m thrilled to be collaborating with Dr. Melanie Snell, Doctor of Acupuncture, for a unique and powerful workshop that blends sound healing, acupuncture, Reiki, and tuning fork therapy into one deeply restorative experience. We’ll begin by exploring the body’s energy centres and meridian pathways, discovering how they support your natural energy flow and help regulate the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing healing frequencies to wash over you. As you rest, Melanie will move through the room and work with each person individually, offering gentle acupuncture, Reiki energy healing, and tuning fork therapy to activate grounding, open energy channels, and bring your body into balance. This is more than just relaxation, it’s a nervous system reset. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned mind, body, and spirit!
